I guess the contra-wise to the notion of the Holy Infallible Word would be why then so many different ways scripture always gets read?
That is why I never put stock in the proverbial word from the top. It always can mean anything because it says nothing but generalities.
Like when I was in prison; the objections of voicing of an angel from such a dirty mouth and dirty mind. Hey it isn't that bad.
And the messenger from most high was himself a hard-timer convicted of raping a 13 - year - old across Louisiana state lines. He was set to be released in 2015 I recall.
If there are conspiracies that go all the way to the top; are there then conspiracies that go clear to the bottom?
There are different ways to look at what filters down. Bottoming out is just water seeking its own level.

In the years of 1993 - 1997 I would become a tithing member of the Disciples of Christ.
But Sunday School lead me blase' as to what was to be a Christian. For the other members of the
Sunday School class, they were always grappling with the sins of homosexuality, especially lesbianism. And teenagers safeguarding their virginity was also a hot one on the list.
My wife and I were having no problems with the sins of homosexuality and lesbianism. And we were not teenagers in need of safeguarding our virginity. So we left the faith.
And I would feel that I wasted my 10% tithing of a janitorial income. But as it only averaged out to about 23 dollars every Sunday, I spent at least that much at the bar where we would go after service. ONE MORE NAME; the one they never talked about in Fort Worth, that name I would not know for Adam. But in Fort Worth TX on September 29 2005 someone(s) within the Federal Medical Center - Bureau of Prisons sure gigged me about his victim with no self-esteem to be his pushover even on the night he killed her.
Real jerk he must be, and yet never did the cops ever thought to fabricate a fingerprint like the poor boy who knew a Lisa, another victim unrelated. That case closed with the conviction of another in 1985. Sometime months after the cops admitted they fabricated a fingerprint match on the poor boy who knew a Lisa. But they looked good in the media when they had yet to be proven to fabricate fingerprints.
Yet not one concern up and down the food chain of the FBOP-FBI-USDOJ about the inmate contraband mule CO Jeff Shanks, something of a pushover himself. CO Jeff Shanks thought to gig me, with a planted homemade weapon, about Catherine Lee Davis, so the word was, 21 years after the fact.

Richard Floyd,
The Deed Not Creed of the US Constitution
On denying due process in a court of law; yes there is procedure for the ruled "incompetent" and even more damning the ruled as "dangerous", the Fifth and Sixth Amendments of the US Constitution. Outside of my case I forgot more of the circumstances of the cases of others on the MHU-FMC-BOP than I remember. But in the case of my friend Richard Floyd, who I owed big time to, is textbook and his case is stark.
Richard Floyd was ruled incompetent to stand trial. Okay he was "throw'd" to use the lingo I prefer - mental illness criteria is mostly subjective judgement based on what is the current cultural "normal". And of this ado it is a fact mental ill people are statistically less likely to commit violent offenses than the "normal" population. So how did Richard Floyd become ruled as "dangerous" by the court and subject to commitment for an indefinite span for an alleged non-violent offense of taking a joyride in a car across state lines?
I read his rap sheet. Outside of the auto theft he had a DUI. Under the heading of History of Violence only one word "None". No sex offenses, no known gang affiliations. He was gainfully employed at Tyson Chicken (Part of his delusion was that Tyson Chicken owned the Federal Bureau of Prisons. With the amount of chicken they do serve for dinner, I did not dismiss this out of hand).
He was illiterate and thought his rap sheet was a frame-up. I told Floyd most of the inmates on the compound could do with a rap sheet this clean. I could. Knowing him over a year I never saw him once act out violently or aggressively. I once had words with him and he just turned and walked away (I later apologized). And this is a big boy - the reason I owed him big time the way the FBOP likes to jam up with other inmates with uppity cool-hand-luke types.
So for a crime he was charged with but never convicted. And for a psych-ruling NOT in his personal history he is in legal limbo, as many others, for an indefinite duration having nothing to do with his criminal charge. In my case of being ruled "incompetent", Judges Don Bush and Richard Schell would NOT allow me to plea NOT to contest the probation-revocation because though never a criminal charge on my probation violation. I was to insist to answer the accusations made by FBI Special Agent Mike Krennick under oath. As how could I invent an individual in Denison TX in 1992 when I first knew of him in Fort Worth Texas in 1985?
This is how as examples the deed not creed of the US Constitution works. A pork barrel incarceration of relatively benign inmates to lay claim to tax-payers dollars to fatten the coffers of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Just like any and all pork barrels of the government; from the Pentagon to the National Endowment for the Arts to the National Security Agency. Tax-payers' dollars mean paychecks and perks and job security. When tax dollars are used to solution government created problems.
And whatever necessary and pragmatic functions the government does serve, it is mainly of facade of legitimacy for the power with the major guns. The explicit agenda of Diogenes Ltd. is to erode this veneer of legitimacy so any guns has the same prerogative as the opposing guns. And locally we have been quite successful in this enterprise. As no police in Denison Texas is considered trustworthy and often just a nuisance with no credibility.

The American Voter:
Brand X or Y
I donate regularly to causes and organizations. I sign online petitions; to express my will and support and standing up and speaking out and to that which I believe in and what has to be given a voice. Even though, climate change and global extinction and limitless war and injustice and oppression, I feel is lost as to overcome and route. Still, it is necessary even to fight sometimes, against all the odds, with a dismal outcome that is certain. As even the mouse would resist in the claws and teeth of the cat.
But I cannot vote, I have not done so for over twenty years. I reject rule by a majority as I would a totalitarian rule. To play into the majority decision as the rule, sometimes right to do so. Other times wrong and even Evil, with a capital E, to subordinate my will and my principles and actions to the masses who weighed in as greater numbers and not as people. But as statistics and ballots tabulated as to agree with the latest trends, in fashion or politics, in the Gallup polls and/or the Nielsen ratings.
To elect the pre-selected Head Monkey to office so the mass of monkeys can have the freedom to choose just what and how much of the Head Monkey they wish to emulate for the season or the term of office. As if there was no other option like self-reliance and self-direction to not sway with a Greater Good. As if they Greater Number would know best, or even good, as a crowd of the plus number over a smaller, lesser number what is best for one, or even all.
Once, in prison where we had no real access to medical texts or the internet, I was arguing with some inmates over a bit of trivia that the male determined the sex of the child, male or female. They for some reason did not believe this and one set to make a bet on it. I would have had a sucker bet and be glad to take his money but I said we would both have to agree on an authoritative source.
So here we have an analogy over voting. I knew I was right and the other was wrong over a basic fact of biology. But who would decide? As I explained to my counterpart someone just selected for the deal maker may say I was right or he was right and he may himself not know one way or the other. But say we had worked that way and I was declared in error; I would have to put my money down and lose when I would know I was right over a simple yes or no. But the way it would have been set up I would have no choice but to fork over because I would have agreed to a random draw as it was.
[It will be a majority that would give Donald Trump, with his delusions of grandeur, the nuclear codes as commander-in-chief. And yes Trump is an exception to the usual X or Y, in that he had enough of his own money to buy into a two-party system. And that this exception to the rule appeals to white trash swayed by reality TV. But it is still a democracy in action.]

Patricia alias Lynn Kennedy/Eddy Durant/Boston PD Detective Thomas J Gill
[January 2, 1988 "We could have a lot of dead street people because people with money have ways to protect themselves from people who don't.." -- Jay, National Guard Armory on Commonwealth street, Boston MA]
Patricia [AKA Lynn Kennedy]; white, about 5'7", 120 Lbs. medium build; I remember brown eyes, early 20's, bleached hair cut short. She lived in the Fenway Park area of Boston MA. I believe no family to speak of, no close ties. She was a smoker. She hung around with a fellow employee name of Steve. She was affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood. In 1987-1988 she was employed at Pine Street Inn homeless shelter at its secondary facilities: Fort Point and spaced leased from the National Guard Armory during the winter of 1987-1988.
During the summer of 1990 in Galveston TX, I was told Patricia had been shot [dead] by Eddy Durant of Amarillo TX. I was told this by his wife, MRS Durant at #K-203, Port Holiday Apartments 200 Mechanic st. Galveston TX 77550. I was told Patricia had been shot as a retaliatory action against me. I have inferred and postulated this alleged killing would have occurred in 1989, mid to late that year, in the Broward County/South Florida region.
The only leads I can provide there is a librarian I heard of by the name of Chris employed at the Broward County Library/Federal Records Depository in Fort Lauderdale FLA. Chris was also said to have kept an extensive diary.
Then and there in 1989, in downtown Fort Lauderdale was a street-talk controversy over allegations made by Chris concerning rival pro- and anti- abortion graffiti. The police there did Not consider Chris credible. A great deal of the street controversy was they believed she was lying and the talk centered on why?
IF there is evidence the girl I knew of as Patricia was a victim of homicide, my only knowledge of such would only come in Galveston TX in 1990. Given the non-entity of Patricia, one would not find such pertinent information from a news outlet in Texas. NOTE: if even such a murder did not happen in Massachusetts, the events in Boston in the year of 1988 are wholly relevant; the questions of incident or accident then after the death on February 10, 1988 of Boston Police Robbery Detective Thomas J Gill during the course of an investigation. The death came down officially as an accident.
And at the very least damage control due an 11-year-old runaway from Vermont, found safe. Years later I retro-dubbed Melissa and the Mann Act Band ((one-shot wonder) Kevin and 4 chicks; Kelly, Marlene, Jennifer and Heather. And a social worker name of Frances Johnson. St. Francis House, Tremont st. Boston MA.) The results of previous activities I was only to glean from newspaper accounts.

Starting in 2007, FBOP # 11031-078, from the Butner NC Federal Medical Center - Bureau of Prisons, I posted a number of letters to the Boston Police Dept. et al up through release in 2009 and to date with emails and phone calls.
Also, as Federal Bureau of Prisons protocol, I went through Special Investigative Services Lt. Tucker Hill of the Butner NC Federal Correction Complex-FBOP. The only feedback, in person, I got from Lt. Tucker Hill, which apparently he had gotten from Boston MA, was in July of 2009. His answer to my direct, in person inquiry was ambiguous. For this under-oath testimony to be sensible: Eddy Durant could not be born of "imagination" no earlier than 1992 in Denison TX. In explanation; Holly Dawn Bowling February 18, 1992, Eddy st. is to Crawford Rd. Denison TX; as Amber Rene Hagerman January 13 1996 is to Abram and Browning Dr.in Arlington TX. Yes, in 1992 they said they would kill children but I cannot resort to appeasement every time an over-privileged thug(s), with friends on the police force and the country club, points a gun at a child's head.
In reality I was first cognizant of Eddy Durant no later than January of 1985 in Fort Worth TX.
RE Vicky Lequire, formerly owned by Farmer's Food Store/Brancato's (defunct) 3628 McCart Fort Worth TX 1984-1985. Vicky Lequire in a Durant/Farmer family porno scripted with Eddy Durante in Grandbury TX (She had children to care for).
In the years of 1984-85-1986 in Fort Worth TX was a high numbered series of homicides. Especially in 1984-1985 high profile concentration of young white women.Through subterranean connections; it was said inquiries were made about any freakin' with girls on film. It was believed some of the above mentioned homicides victims may have been photographed (or filmed) in their death throes. As far as freakin' on girls on film, my then employers fit that bill of fare. IF there is evidence the girl I knew of as Patricia was a victim of homicide, my only knowledge of such would only come in Galveston TX in 1990. Given the non-entity of Patricia, one would not find such pertinent information from a news outlet in Texas. NOTE: if even such a murder did not happen in Massachusetts, the events in Boston in the year of 1988 are wholly relevant; the questions of incident or accident then after the death on February 10, 1988 of Boston Police Robbery Detective Thomas J Gill during the course of an investigation. The death came down officially as an accident.
And at the very least damage control due an 11-year-old runaway from Vermont, found safe. Years later I retro-dubbed Melissa and the Mann Act Band ((one-shot wonder) Kevin and 4 chicks; Kelly, Marlene, Jennifer and Heather. And a social worker name of Frances Johnson. St. Francis House, Tremont st. Boston MA.) The results of previous activities I was only to glean from newspaper accounts.

Starting in 2007, FBOP # 11031-078, from the Butner NC Federal Medical Center - Bureau of Prisons, I posted a number of letters to the Boston Police Dept. et al up through release in 2009 and to date with emails and phone calls.
Also, as Federal Bureau of Prisons protocol, I went through Special Investigative Services Lt. Tucker Hill of the Butner NC Federal Correction Complex-FBOP. The only feedback, in person, I got from Lt. Tucker Hill, which apparently he had gotten from Boston MA, was in July of 2009. His answer to my direct, in person inquiry was ambiguous. For this under-oath testimony to be sensible: Eddy Durant could not be born of "imagination" no earlier than 1992 in Denison TX. In explanation; Holly Dawn Bowling February 18, 1992, Eddy st. is to Crawford Rd. Denison TX; as Amber Rene Hagerman January 13 1996 is to Abram and Browning Dr.in Arlington TX. Yes, in 1992 they said they would kill children but I cannot resort to appeasement every time an over-privileged thug(s), with friends on the police force and the country club, points a gun at a child's head.
In reality I was first cognizant of Eddy Durant no later than January of 1985 in Fort Worth TX.

In the years of 1984-85-1986 in Fort Worth TX was a high numbered series of homicides. Especially in 1984-1985 high profile concentration of young white women.Through subterranean connections; it was said inquiries were made about any freakin' with girls on film. It was believed some of the above mentioned homicides victims may have been photographed (or filmed) in their death throes. As far as freakin' on girls on film, my then employers fit that bill of fare.
